A Novel Spectrum Sharing Scheme Assisted by Secondary NOMA Relay
نویسندگان
چکیده
In this letter, a two-slot secondary non-orthogonal multiple access (NOMA) relay is used to assist spectrum sharing, where the primary transceivers with long distance communicate through the relay. First, the information for the primary receiver (PR) and secondary receivers (SRs) is transmitted via the NOMA relay. Then, the information for PR is re-transmitted to it through a selected SR to improve its quality of service using maximalratio combining, while the next data for PR is sent from the primary transmitter (PT) to the NOMA relay simultaneously. The power allocation solution is derived for the NOMA relay. Simulation results have shown the effectiveness of the proposed scheme.

A New Relay-Assisted Spectrum Sharing Scheme for Bidirectional Communication
In this paper, we propose a new relay-assisted spectrum sharing protocol where a pair of secondary users and a pair of primary users bidirectionally communicate. A secondary relay is deployed to assist the secondary transmissions and improve the secondary access to the spectrum. We employ a time division access technique to make primary and secondary users communicate with no interference. The ...

Non-orthogonal multiple access (NOMA) is a promising multiple access technique for the fifth generation (5G) wireless communications. In order to enhance the performance gains of NOMA systems, a relay assisted cooperative NOMA scheme is designed in this paper. In the proposed scheme, the concept of NOMA is exploited to realize the transmission of the source information in the second time slot. ...
متن کاملA Novel Spectrum Sharing Scheme Using Relay Station with Intelligent Reception
In this paper, we propose a new spectrum sharing method using relay station with intelligent reception at the receiver. The relay station retransmits primary signal to destination which receives combined primary and secondary signals simultaneously. Then, the receiver detects the secondary signal by cancelling the primary signal out with the aid of the relayed signal. Simulation results demonst...

In this paper, we make a survey on non-orthogonal multiple access (NOMA) schemes, which could be a promising candidate as a downlink wireless access scheme for future 5G radio access technology. To enhance the spectrum efficiency, NOMA adopts a successive interference cancellation (SIC) receiver as the baseline receiver scheme for robust multiple access. In order to get a better tradeoff betwee...
متن کاملSpectrum and Infrastructure Sharing in Wireless Networks: A Case Study with Relay-Assisted Communications
Physical resource sharing between wireless operators and service providers can be used to support efficient, competitive, and innovative wireless communication markets. By sharing resources, which are usually exclusively allocated such as spectrum or infrastructure, interference is created on the physical layer. Handling this new type of interference poses a significant and novel challenge to t...
